Every new account gets 21 days free, so you can see exactly what MailPuck does before you pay anything. Plans are billed weekly and you can cancel at any time.
New accounts get 21 days of full access with no charge. Nothing is billed during the trial.
Paid plans are billed weekly and renew automatically until you cancel.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the week you have already paid for, then drops back to the free plan. Your settings, persona and saved drafts are not deleted.
If you change your mind after your first payment, you can cancel within 14 days and we will refund it. Contact us at admin@mailpuckgo.com from the email address you subscribed with.
Because you can cancel at any time and your 21-day trial lets you try everything before paying, we do not routinely refund later weekly payments. If something has genuinely gone wrong, get in touch and we will look at it properly.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Charges appear on your statement as Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
MailPuck uses your own AI provider key, so any charges from Google or another provider are billed by them directly and are not ours to refund.
